Personal and Professional Work
My work is driven by a deep commitment to the process of visual discovery and the tactile nature of creation. I believe that art is a language of observation, where every choice, from the weight of a line to the layering of a digital texture, contributes to a larger narrative of intention and purpose. My practice is not defined by a single medium, but rather by the consistent questions I bring to the studio: how can I translate a message into a visual rhythm, and how can that rhythm resonate with clarity?
This portfolio represents a curated selection of my professional and personal work, ranging from experimental digital studies to large-scale graphics and photography. Each project reflects a balance of technical precision and creative exploration, grounded in the belief that visual art and design are most powerful when they are built with patience, insight, and a clear understanding of the ideas they aim to communicate. I invite you to see these works not just as finished pieces, but as steps in a continuous journey of building ideas through visual form.
Studio/Digital Work & Activism
My studio and digital work brings together a pastel drawing study, an acrylic painting, collage work, and digital abstract studies. These pieces show my interest in image making, texture, color, layering, visual rhythm, symbolism, and experimentation. Selected collage work was featured as part of a contemporary group show at Known Gallery on Fairfax. My digital work was also featured with the Los Angles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk as part of a voting campaign.
Process and Visual Focus
Observation, color, surface texture, layering, composition, abstraction, symbolism, image relationships, visual rhythm, and experimentation.
Photography
My photography focuses on observation, composition, light, texture, environment, and small details that can be easy to overlook. I approach photography as a way to slow down, frame a moment, and pay attention to how ordinary spaces, objects, and surfaces can carry visual meaning.
Process and Visual Focus
Composition, light, framing, texture, atmosphere, environment, observation, and visual storytelling.
Vehicle Wraps and Graphics
My vehicle wrap and graphics work reflects my experience with large scale visual communication. Working at this scale requires attention to visibility, layout, proportion, color, production limits, and how a design reads from different angles and distances. This work also connects to my broader experience with visual concept building, taking an idea, mood, message, or visual direction and developing it into a finished graphic solution.
Process and Visual Focus
Scale, visibility, layout, proportion, color, production awareness, visual impact, composition, and real world design application.
Process and Purpose
My work is connected by the process of building ideas visually. I am interested in how image, color, material, layout, and composition shape the way something communicates. Some work is personal and experimental, while other work is designed for real world use, but the same questions guide the process: what is the idea, what choices support it, and how can the final work communicate with clarity and purpose?
